More than 47% of our team members belong to at least one of our 10 ERGs — completely volunteer and employee-run organizations. As 微米’s 印度 country executive, I am especially excited about the 公司’s growth in our country, including the construction of 微米's assembly, 测试, manufacturing and packaging plant (ATMP) in Sanand, 古吉拉特邦, 印度. But we are also expanding around the world, with additional investments in North America and elsewhere in Asia. Along with these investments in our business, we invest in the communities where we work and live, creating economic opportunities throughout the semiconductor ecosystem.
